terms of service

General
• I may decline a commission if it’s not a good fit.
• Please make sure you have permission for any ports.
• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.Payment
• All payments are handled via PayPal
• Payment is collected after the final preview is approved but before the modpack is delivered.
• Prices are listed in USD ($).
• Once payment is received, I’ll send you the finished file directly.🛑 Cancellations
• If you cancel your order after work has started and I haven’t received payment, I reserve the right to reuse or repurpose any assets made during the process for future mods.
• If I haven’t started yet, the slot can be freely cancelled with no issue.Process
• I’m still learning, so my usual turnaround time: around 10 days - 3 weeks depending on complexity.
→ I’ll do my best to deliver earlier, but please allow up to 3 weeks just in case
• I’ll send progress screenshots through Discord for your review.
• I usually pause at major steps (modeling → texturing → rigging) until I get your confirmation.
• Extra fees may apply for major changes outside the original request, but I’ll always inform you first before continuing.Revision
• Up to 2 revisions during modeling (shape/silhouette/fit adjustments).
• 1 revision during texturing.
• After delivery, up to 2 minor fixes are available for small issues (like clipping, weighting errors, or missing materials).
• ⏳ Major changes requested after moving to the next stage may require an extra fee, since it often means re-doing previous steps.
• Refunds are not available once the file has been delivered.Usage
• Commissions are private unless you allow me to share them.
• I may post small previews or cropped screenshots for portfolio purposeRights

✅ What I DO:
Custom clothing/outfits
- I create outfits based on references you provide.
Edits of my own mods
- I can adjust or modify my own free/paid mods to fit your needs.
Gear ports
- I can port gear to a single model (you’ll need to provide the original files/assets if they’re from another game).
Gear mashups
- I can combine multiple pieces (max 4) into one outfit, fitted to a single model.
Body Conversion
- adjusting outfits to different body types (per item).

❌ What I don't do:
Hair & Face Sculpts
- these are outside of what I currently offer.
NSFW content
- I don’t take adult/explicit commissions.
Complex custom texture work
- I don’t design things like tattoos (soon), custom makeup, scars, etc.
Ripping assets from other games
- I don’t rip files myself. If you want a port, you must provide the assets.
Copying someone’s private mod
- I won’t replicate them exactly, but I can create something with a similar theme or style.
